Meet Bill

Everyone knows the story of the child put in a room full of manure, the pessimist sobs, and the entrepreneur starts looking for the pony. With more than forty years of experience in companies across industries, I help you “find the pony.” We find and formulate a manageable plan for your business and get you over the obstacles that are holding you back.

My name is Bill Hammonds, and I serve as a Chair for Vistage International – the world's largest and most successful CEO peer advisory organization. I am an objective advisor, coach, and mentor to a select group of high performing CEOs who have seen their leadership approach change, resulting in successes they thought beyond their reach.
